I have been licensed since 2002, I got my Brokers license in 2006, and bought into the company the same year as a partner.
I start with the basics and then magnify everything. When I market your home I make sure that we are getting maximum exposure for your property. I treat every open house as an event, I treat every ad as the one that will get your buyer, and I treat every inquiry as the one that will own your property next.
We use an industry leading evaluation called a Price Trend analysis. I do not just compare your home to others that have SOLD. I also compare it to your competition, as well as what the current market is doing.
I am licensed in Both the state of Minnesota as well as Florida. I can sell homes anywhere within either of these states.
I have learned over the years that real estate is not a job, but more of a lifestyle. I prefer to have appointments scheduled with my clients, but I am also willing to be very flexible with the time of those appointments.
The current market will tell us how long it will take to sell your home. As part of our Price Trend Analysis, we will discuss that.
I am a real estate Broker, I have my GRI degree, I have degrees in Finance and Accounting. I am a member of the Professional Standards committee at the State of MN. I am the past Treasurer of the Greater Lakes Association of Realtors.

When I'm not helping clients with their real estate needs, I enjoy spending time fishing, attending car shows, playing poker, billiards, golf, bowling, and boating in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area. These activities allow me to unwind and enjoy the stunning natural beauty and vibrant community of our region.
